As General Manager, you will help steer our ship through different landscapes, identifying business opportunities and owning the business impact and outcomes. You will shape the guest experience and nurture your team, with a focus on sustainable performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations – manage restaurant standards and guest service.
  • Apply strong food & beverage knowledge and market trends to guide the beverage team.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Manage staff, oversee work schedules and assign duties.
  • Create and improve standard operating procedures for service and product preparation.
  • Oversee venue equipment and facilities management/maintenance.
  • Conduct regular audits of cleanliness and maintenance; take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to licensing laws, safety, and local food safety standards.
  • Plan and manage activities with Marketing related to sales promotions and events.
  • Manpower planning and budgeting; analyze POS reports and sales trends; implement cost controls.
  • Drive staff development plans aligned with business needs; hire and train new employees in compliance with local laws.
  • Provide leadership to achieve team goals; implement and oversee front-of-house training.
  • Liaise with group HR on venue-related support, movements and performance feedback.
  • Represent the venue's mission and values at boards and external events as appropriate.
