Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Specialist role located in Singapore at Onezine. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring the success of our client's growth strategies in Singapore. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, market research, marketing strategy, and client management and should have a strong grasp in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and in both strategic and creative mindset

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing creative digital marketing strategy and campaigns in line with brand plans and business priorities aimed at driving conversions.
• Planning and control of the digital marketing budget , allocating budgets to different channels.
• Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
• Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports for the client.
• Developing and managing the Content calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
• Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of our company social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with our Singapore influencers and business communities.
• Reports directly to the founder
  
  Work closely with our executive team to designs necessary collaterals and social media posts for company channels as well as clients.

Requirements

• Send us your portfolio of creative works, videos and social media
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and social media management.
• Must be comfortable on camera , as well as being able to shoot and edit content
• Good design portfolio
• Excellent analytical and enjoys problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin as our clients would require you to create content in marketing platforms that favours English (Instagram) and Chinese (XHS)
• Understands all the popular social medias including XHS
• Enjoys meeting new people
• Excellent project management skills
• Diploma and above in Marketing, Business, or have 2 years marketing experience
