Job Description

  • HSE – Full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, supporting Zero Harm.
  • Product Safety – Manage safety risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Quality – Ensure zero defects, support NADCAP accreditation, and investigate quality issues.
  • Delivery – Support manufacturing processes and resolve issues related to production.
  • Cost – Help meet productivity and cost targets.
  • Standards – Implement and improve operating standards.
  • Technical Authority – Make technical decisions on manufacturing processes.
  • Lean/Improvement – Drive process improvements and innovations.
  • Capability Deployment – Ensure production readiness for new products and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree in Aeronautical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Diploma with experience considered).
  • Knowledge of high bypass gas turbines and repair processes.
  • Strong communication, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
