Private Banking (OR) Wealth management is a must. Preferred experience handling Credit Products (e.g., Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), Derivatives (e.g., Options, Structured Products), and Securities (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, Funds). Good understanding of Private Banking products with Transact modules exposure (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY, etc.). Experience in driving PLWs and advising on new processes for new applications, preferably with implementation experience. Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN. Personal and Social Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge business/technical requirements and build scalable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Self-driven, highly motivated, and adaptable to work independently and in teams. High standards for service delivery to the business with an eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with stakeholders. Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management Demonstrate integrity, honesty, due care, fair dealing, conflict management, continuous development, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations.
