Paint Chemist Water Based

- We are seeking an experienced Paint Chemist specializing in water-based paints for RD Paints. As a Paint Chemist, you will be responsible for developing and modifying water-based paint formulations, conducting lab experiments, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will be tasked with enhancing existing products based on market feedback, coordinating with production and QA teams, and upholding safety and compliance standards.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or equivalent, or relevant experience with a Graduation degree. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in water-based paint development is required, along with a strong understanding of raw materials and additives. Problem-solving, analytical skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with teams and maintain documentation are essential for this role.In return, we offer a competitive salary, the opportunity to work with a growing company, and a supportive work environment.
