Prepare monthly reports on procurement spend, supplier KPIs, and inventory turnover. 4. Compliance & Contract Administration Ensure all purchases comply with MPA (Maritime and Port Authority) and PSA (Port of Singapore Authority) regulations. Manage contract lifecycle (payment tracking, delivery milestones, warranty claims). Handle urgent procurement (e.g., emergency repairs) to minimize vessel downtime.
