As a Senior Solutions Analyst at Clarivate's Bengaluru office, you will play a crucial role in an innovative project focused on the Sales and Finance sectors. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, Application Integration, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of the project within a larger framework.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years" experience as a Solution Analyst in software development and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or science field. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing software development strategies, eliciting and validating requirements, and utilizing tools like JIRA, Wiki, SharePoint, or similar for requirements tracking. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, lean business process techniques, and writing SQL queries for data extraction will be essential.Additionally, possessing a postgraduate qualification in a business or scientific discipline and experience working on integration projects on platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle EBS, Boomi, WebMethods will be advantageous. Desired technical attributes include expertise in designing and developing REST/SOAP web services, data modeling, and data analysis and visualization skills.In this role, you will oversee the entire development process for specific projects, from concept to product launch. Acting as a liaison between key business stakeholders, you will facilitate the elicitation, analysis, communication, and validation of business and user requirements. Prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining up-to-date customer-facing documentation, including Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) and User Requirements Specifications (URS), will be part of your responsibilities.The team you will be part of consists of over 20 professionals, including Technical Architects, Managers, and Software Engineers based in the US and India. Collaboration with stakeholders from various departments such as sales operations, product management, finance, and customer service will be essential. The team's primary focus is on providing application integration and platform services for sales, finance, and corporate applications & platforms.This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. The working hours are 45 hours per week, from 2 to 11 PM IST.
