About This Position We are seeking a motivated and strategic Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. This individual will collaborate with senior stakeholders to support the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies by focusing on the operational execution and detailed analysis of key initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving impactful projects forward and contributing to the achievement of broader business objectives. The role is based in our Shanghai offices and reports to the Production Director, and/or Managing Director. Responsibilities Assist senior consultants in gathering and analyzing market data to inform digital transformation strategies. Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital space. Contribute to the development of thought leadership pieces and industry reports. Assist in the implementation of omnichannel strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Conduct detailed analysis of client data to identify opportunities for optimizing omnichannel performance. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of omnichannel initiatives. UI/UX and Change Management Consulting: Organizing design and gradually taking charge of design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for client solutions. Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for UI/UX design improvements. Be autonomous in the creation process of wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables. Oversee change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Pre-Sales and Client Engagement: Craft compelling pre-sales presentations and strategic proposals for senior stakeholders. Develop detailed quotations and roadmaps that align with client objectives and deliverables. Represent IT Consultis in high-level client discussions, building trust and showcasing thought leadership. Requirements Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy consulting, or related fields. Strong experience and execution ability in the development of omnichannel strategies for global brands. Experience in conducting large-scale market research and competitor analysis. Skills: Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and tools. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and influence senior stakeholders. Knowledge of eCommerce, CRM, and digital marketing trends. Familiarity with tools and methodologies for design thinking and change management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications in digital transformation or strategy are a plus. Nice to have: Experience in Southeast Asian and Chinese markets is highly advantageous.
