About the Company

Greenphyto Pte Ltd is at the forefront of sustainable urban farming. We are looking for a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to lead our cultivation efforts. At Greenphyto, we don't just grow plants; we engineer environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly operations of the farm

  • Manage the workforce and synchronise team work to achieve target

  • Drive productivity and manpower planning effectively

  • Close follow up of structured process and procedures

  • Plan ahead to detect challenges and propose solutions

  • Provide status updates in a timely manner

  • Record data and conduct analysis to implement corrective action

  • Assist Senior Farm Manager to drive lean management

  • Map process to reduce waste and enhance demand/fulfilment process

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

About you

  • A hands-on, ground-level leader who thrives in a fast-paced farm operations environment

  • A strong communicator who can rally and align a diverse workforce around shared targets

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a genuine passion for continuous improvement

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting

  • Good written and spoken communication skills; able to work effectively with a diverse workforce

  • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture or Operations

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in farm operations, production, or a supervisory role within agriculture or manufacturing
