We are seeking a high‑calibre Deputy CFO / Head of Finance to play a key role in driving financial strategy and governance across our global operations. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role supporting the executive team in steering the company through continued international growth. Responsibilities Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, and performance management across multiple markets. Oversee group consolidation, reporting, and compliance with statutory and international requirements. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making and operational efficiency. Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks. Collaborate closely with business and manufacturing leaders in China to align financial operations and cost management. Support investor reporting, audit processes, and external stakeholder engagement. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a multinational or listed company environment. Strong technical knowledge in group reporting, consolidation, and compliance . Prior exposure to cross‑border manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred. Fluent in English and Mandarin , with ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural and geographic teams. Willingness to undertake extensive overseas travel / relocate to Kunshan, China for first 6–12 months .
