Overview Industry/ Organization Type: Education Centre Position Title: Behavior Therapist Working Location: Paya Lebar Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6pm) Salary Package: Basic salary $2,800 - $3,300 + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent APPLY NOW Key Responsibilities Create and implement personalized intervention plans using evidence-based therapies. Work with clients, families, and healthcare professionals for coordinated and effective care. Track client progress and update intervention plans to reach desired outcomes. Keep detailed and accurate records, including progress notes and treatment documentation. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices in behavior therapy. Qualifications Open to candidates without relevant experience; training will be provided. Must hold at least a Nitec in Special Education or Education of Psychology. Strong understanding of best practices in inclusive and special education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Experience with autistic children/preschoolers is preferred. Prior experience applying ABA principles is preferred. Immediate availability is an advantage.
