This role focuses on cloud and hybrid database environments , ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.You will play a key role in database administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, while working closely with developers, cloud engineers, and IT teams to support critical business applications.Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases in cloud and hybrid environments Monitor database performance, implement optimizations, and ensure high availability Manage database security, backup, and recovery strategies Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support for development and production environments Implement database automation, scaling, and patching procedures Collaborate with IT, cloud, and application teams to support business needs Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of database configurations, procedures, and standards Job Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Certifications in databases or data management are advantageous Experience & Skills: Hands-on experience administering PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and replication Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, Bash, or equivalent) Understanding of security and compliance best practices Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience with database monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for database deployments Experience with NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB Why Join Us: Hands-on experience with modern relational and NoSQL databases Collaborate with a dynamic, technology-driven team Opportunities for professional growth and certifications EA License no.: 16S8066 / Reg.
