Job Responsibilities
  • Issue invoices, quotations, official receipts, and commission vouchers

  • Check supplier invoices and seek approval before processing payments

  • Track all monthly payments, invoices, and purchase orders

  • Organise and maintain proper filing of documents

  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls professionally

  • Handle staff payroll, CPF submissions, and HR documentation

  • Prepare petty cash reimbursements and staff claims

  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and quarterly GST preparation

  • Provide general admin support: data entry, office supplies, clerical duties

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments

  • Follow up on overdue accounts

  • Assist with work pass renewal if needed

  • Support ad-hoc duties , document management , and SOP improvements

  • Handle any other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with suppliers/workers)

  • Experience in the construction or renovation industry preferred

  • Familiar with basic accounting and payroll processes

  • Strong accuracy in data entry and attention to detail

  • Highly organised, neat, and reliable

  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines

  • Proactive, fast learner, and a team player
