
Admin cum Accounts Executive

Issue invoices, quotations, official receipts, and commission vouchers
Check supplier invoices and seek approval before processing payments
Track all monthly payments, invoices, and purchase orders
Organise and maintain proper filing of documents
Manage incoming emails and phone calls professionally
Handle staff payroll, CPF submissions, and HR documentation
Prepare petty cash reimbursements and staff claims
Assist in monthly financial reporting and quarterly GST preparation
Provide general admin support: data entry, office supplies, clerical duties
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
Follow up on overdue accounts
Assist with work pass renewal if needed
Support ad-hoc duties , document management , and SOP improvements
Handle any other tasks assigned by management
Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with suppliers/workers)
Experience in the construction or renovation industry preferred
Familiar with basic accounting and payroll processes
Strong accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
Highly organised, neat, and reliable
Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Proactive, fast learner, and a team player
