About the role
At Singleron, we empower researchers to make their next biological breakthrough that can change the world.
As a Global Marketing Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our technology and the global research community, working closely with our sales to shape the Singleron story worldwide.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You must be agile, able to work independently, and skilled at managing the expectations of diverse stakeholders. A knack for prioritizing tasks and adapting quickly to changing plans will be crucial to your success.
This role will be located in Singapore.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate with regional business leaders to ensure alignment and execute cross-functional sales and marketing strategies.
  2. Plan and coordinate events such as field marketing initiatives, seminars, and roadshows across APAC.
  3. Proactively reach out to new prospects driving engagement with Singleron’s products and services.
  4. Support marketing activities in other key global markets, including Europe and the US.
  5. Work with partners and distributors to develop co-marketing initiatives.
  6. Utilize digital channels (social media, webinars, websites) and traditional marketing methods to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  7. Monitor lead flow and campaign performance, optimizing for maximum return on investment.
  8. Lead regional product launches, including readiness reviews, sales and distributor training, and adapting global promotional materials for local markets.
  9. Based on a solid understanding of the underlying technology, develop global and regional marketing collateral that supports campaigns and sales efforts.
  10. Build and refine Singleron’s brand identity across different regions, aligning messaging with customer needs and our product’s unique value propositions.
  11. Track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and continually refine strategies based on data.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with a good understanding of genomics.
  2. 3+ years of professional marketing experience in life sciences/CRO industry.
  3. Experience leading and executing cross-functional, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  4. A sharp eye for design combined with an intuition for creating effective messages.
  5. Proven ability to use data to drive strategy and improve results.
  6. Strong scientific communication skills.
  7. Meticulous with attention to detail.
  8. Excellent project management and personal time management abilities.
  9. Passion for what you do.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
  2. Internal communication skills to drive alignment and action.
  3. PhD in a biological science.
  4. Experience in SEO/Google Ads/paid campaigns.
