The Global Financial Solutions (GFS) team focuses on delivering innovative financial services & solutions to help create a healthier world for all. General Job Requirements Based in Singapore, reporting to the market STS Lead of APAC GFS. Responsible for delivering Source to Settle (STS) & Order to Cash (OTC) services, primarily focusing on the China market (or other markets as needed). Handle processes including supplier onboarding, PO administration, invoice processing, expense claims, corporate card handling, payment processing, and month-end closing for APAC markets. Manage OTC processes such as customer and credit maintenance, cash application, debt collection, credit review, order management, and month-end closing. Position Specific Requirements Proficient in handling STS & OTC processes professionally, with the ability to follow up and resolve outstanding items promptly. Contribute to defining service standards, managing SLAs, and establishing KPIs for continuous improvement. Ensure timely and high-quality month-end closing, maintaining compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Interact effectively with internal and external auditors, providing accurate data and communication. Evaluate and improve processes, develop internal controls, and ensure proper training for non-financial personnel. Excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and cultures, with the ability to influence diverse audiences. Willingness to travel to Asia as required and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial shared services. Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken). Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles, SOX compliance, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
