BCD Device Senior/Principal Engineer

Working Hours: Normal Office Hours
Job Responsibilities- Dealing with consumer and automotive customers to understand all BCD active and passive devices and their feature requirements
- BCD technology related all active and passive device P-cell layout generation
- Working closely with Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customer's application specific needs.
- Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application specific device features in the PDK and close the loop/Technical communication with customers
- Based on customers\' needs enhance BCD device performance and features
- Master\'s or PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics, with a strong foundation in semiconductor device physics, power device applications, and device reliability OR
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development.
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience (for Master\'s/PhD holders), or 8+ years (for Bachelor\'s holders) in developing BCD devices from scratch, targeting both consumer and automotive-grade applications.
- In-depth knowledge of DMOS and low-voltage analog device layout, device characterization, enablement features, and application requirements.
