Job Description: Position Summary: The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and recommending smart home solutions that best fit their lifestyles. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and exceptional customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their smart home requirements. Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide detailed demonstrations of smart home products and technologies. Sales Process Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and follow-up. Prepare and present customized sales proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home technologies and trends. Advise clients on the best products and configurations to achieve their desired outcomes. Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and integration of smart home systems. Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Collaboration: Work with marketing to develop strategies for attracting new clients. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes. Qualifications: Experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in the smart home or technology industry. Strong understanding of smart home technologies and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Proficiency in MS Powerpoint and other sales tools.
