- Serve as the lead GP for the clinic, providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with the founding partners to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of integrated health programs (e.g. preventive medicine, chronic care, mental wellness)
- Participate in business development initiatives and decision-making as a shareholder.
- Fully licensed medical doctor in Singapore (with valid SMC registration).
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
- Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Passionate about innovation in healthcare and committed to long-term partnership.
- Business acumen or prior experience in a clinic management role is a plus.
- Eligible and interested in share equity ownership and profit-sharing.
