QS (Residential)

Prepare accurate cost estimates , tender submissions , and budget plans for interior fit-out and renovation projects. Collaborate closely with design teams , ID consultants , subcontractors , and suppliers to ensure scope clarity and alignment of costs. Evaluate cost implications of material finishes , joinery , furniture , fixtures , and fittings (FF&E) , including variation orders (VOs) and value engineering options. Track project expenditures, prepare cash flow forecasts , and deliver financial insights to support informed decision-making. Review contract terms and manage subcontract documentation related to interior works. Ensure timely and complete tender submissions , in compliance with company and industry standards. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying , Interior Architecture , Construction Management , or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience , preferably within interior design or ID fit-out projects . Familiarity with ID materials , detailing, and supplier networks is an added advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor roles.
