Responsibilities- Oversee the IT department, managing a team of IT professionals and setting departmental objectives.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company\'s business goals and objectives.
- Consult and collaborate with various department heads to assess and address their IT needs and challenges.
- Manage and execute IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats, including implementing robust cybersecurity measures and policies.
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives, promoting the adoption of new technologies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the IT budget, making cost-effective decisions regarding IT expenditures.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance when necessary.
- Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential benefits to the organization.
- Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of IT staff.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a consulting firm.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
