This Private Equity firm is a spin-off from a US investment bank. Established more than 10 years and managing US 3 billion. Responsibilities: Perform financial and management reporting in compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS. Ensure proper accounting and review financial pack prepared by fund administrator for SG master fund and SPVs. Responsible for compliance and reporting of regulatory capital returns in compliance with MAS requirements. Manage all accounting entries, payments and expenses claims. Calculation of payroll, submission of CPF and IR8A. GST returns, withholding tax and income tax returns to IRAS. Requirements: Degree with professional accounting cert (ACCA, CPA, CA) Knowledge of Private Equity’s reporting requirements preferred. Hands-on as it’s currently a stand-alone role in finance dept.
