To provide front line support in coordinating service / repair activities between customer and the motor vehicle mechanics. To interpret customer concerns so that the mechanics can diagnose and repair the vehicle correctly.
Key responsibilities- Handle appointments and phone calls
- Attend to customers enquiries and complaints
- Raise preliminary repair order and pre-plan parts availability & workshop loading
- Plan customer request jobs and follow up with customers to ensure that their service needs are fulfilled
- Receive customer, finalize preliminary repair order using MBM Standard Time Guide
- Perform an appropriate inspection (VHC walk around) to establish its current condition and record it
- Create cost estimate in CDK Drive & obtain customer's approval & authorization before work starts
- Monitor job progress and update customer of repair status
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs
- Ensure invoices are ready upon vehicle collection
- Diploma or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of automotive industry and parts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with mechanics, customers and people from other departments
- Require to work on alternate Saturday
