Join to apply for the Fund Accounting Manager role at Achieve Group Overview Our client is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join their Singapore-based team. The role will involve managing end-to-end fund accounting operations, supporting acquisitions and disposals, and driving process improvements across reporting, finance, and operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund, investor, and board-level reports. Oversee work from outsourced fund administrators and tax agents. Support the Investments team on acquisitions and disposals of assets. Work with the Financial Controller on process documentation, improvement, and standardisation initiatives. Manage financial statement preparation, audits, and technical accounting documentation. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including quarterly reforecasting. Oversee month-end close, treasury, and tax for fund entities. Ensure accurate performance and return reporting to investors and boards. Collaborate with property managers to validate asset-level reporting. Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with Investor Relations to complete investor reports. Contribute to special projects including new reporting, acquisitions, and disposals. Evaluate, streamline, and automate reporting, finance, and operations processes. Key Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. CA or CPA qualified. Experience with Japanese GAAP and Japanese language skills. Background in fund administration review and private equity or real assets accounting. Strong financial acumen and stakeholder reporting experience. Versatility across finance functions (audit, tax, treasury, reporting, budgeting, forecasting). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
