They’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, 360-degree campaigns, and partnership initiatives that bring their portfolio to life. About the Role This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing position where you’ll manage a small team (2–3 people) and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive both strategic direction and day-to-day execution. You’ll oversee digital performance, creative content, and offline activations that enhance brand presence and customer engagement across multiple lifestyle concepts. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground channels. Drive brand storytelling and creative content that connect people, places, and experiences. Oversee visual identity and creative production , including social assets, photography, and marketing collaterals. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand’s community-driven values. Lead and mentor a marketing team of 2–3 , managing project timelines, budgets, and agency partners. Analyze campaign performance and audience insights to optimize engagement and ROI. Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and design to ensure consistent brand representation. About You 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally from lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, fitness, or multi-brand groups . Strong grasp of integrated marketing, content strategy, and brand activation . Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead a small team and manage multiple projects end-to-end.
