Our NextGen Programme offers technical and professional training across various dynamic and collaborative domains, enhancing your skills and enabling you to contribute to impactful projects. Since its inception in 2015, this programme has nurtured 6 cohorts of passionate tech professionals. NextGen Programme Structure Technical Training: Gain essential technical knowledge through a blend of formal and informal training. Experiential Learning: Contribute to impactful national ICT projects, advancing technology and critical initiatives. Job Rotations: Rotate across different departments or job functions including stretch assignments to broaden your expertise. Leadership Development: Participate in programmes designed for career progression. Mentorship: Receive guidance from a mentor to achieve your career goals. As a NextGener, you will embark on a permanent tenure and will start as a Junior Term in the initial 2‑year. This phase will lay the foundation for your IT career within CPF Board. Exceptional individuals will have the chance to progress to the Senior Term for an additional 2‑year, where you will benefit from job rotation to gain diverse experiences, deepen your IT knowledge across multiple facets of the IT landscape. Those who excel during the Senior Term may be selected to join the Board's talent management programme. Regardless of progression path, all NextGeners will have the opportunity to continue contributing your expertise and make meaningful impact with the Board. What you will be working on Innovative and Impactful National ICT Projects: Harness technology to support Singaporeans in funding their needs in retirement, housing and healthcare. Diverse Opportunities: Explore and work in a wide range of areas with a team of 700 IT professionals with diverse job functions from Application Development & Support, Cloud Computing, ICT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps to Robotics & Automation. Professional Growth: Gain essential technical knowledge through on‑the‑job training, and a structured leadership development programme. Application Development & Support: Analyse user requirements, design and implement solutions, support regular updates, test, fix errors, ensure security, and facilitate communication with stakeholders. Cloud Computing: Manage cloud resources, ensuring smooth operation, and support software development and deployment in the cloud environment. ICT Infrastructure: Design, implement, secure and maintain servers, storage systems and operating systems to ensure maximum uptime, performance and reliability. Cybersecurity: Protect the Board's digital assets, employ proactive measures to prevent, detect and respond to threats, conduct risk assessments, network monitoring and user education. DevSecOps: Blend software development, IT operations and security practices to streamline secure software delivery. Robotics & Automation: Create and refine robotics systems and automated processes to improve efficiency, conduct testing and collaborate with teams to integrate solutions into existing workflows. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. We are seeking passionate Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, either fresh IT graduates or IT professionals with no more than 2 years of experience to join our team. Assessment Centre: Short‑listed applicants will be invited to attend an in‑person, half‑day assessment centre held between December 2025 and January 2026. Final Interview: Candidates who progress beyond the assessment centre will be invited for a final onsite interview with our core management team.
