The Company now owns and operates 21 data centers with over 500 MW of critical IT load in service and under construction and development, with another 300 MW held for future development.

What we need:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this is a senior leadership role pivotal in shaping and executing our brand, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement strategy across Southeast Asia, India, China, Japan, and Korea. The successful candidate will oversee internal and external communications, brand positioning, corporate affairs, and reputation management, working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams. This role will be based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications & Brand Strategy
- Define and lead the company’s overall communications and brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth goals.
- Develop and evolve a unified brand narrative anchored around the company’s strategic pillars, technology leadership, customer experience, sustainability, innovation, and regional impact.
- Ensure brand governance and consistency of message across all markets, channels, and stakeholders.
- Corporate Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including government agencies, regulatory authorities, industry associations, and trade organizations.
- Advise the CEO and senior leadership team on political, policy, and regulatory developments with potential commercial or reputational impact.
- Anticipate and manage reputational risks through issues management and crisis communication protocols.
- Represent and support the company’s presence in industry forums, public policy dialogues, and sustainability coalitions.
- Media & External Communications
- Develop and oversee corporate communications including media engagement, executive visibility, and thought leadership programs.
- Act as spokesperson (where appropriate) and prepare senior leaders for media and public engagements.
- Partner with agencies (as required) to secure positive media coverage across priority markets.
- Monitor media sentiment and competitor narratives, providing timely insights and strategic counsel to leadership.
- Internal Communications & Culture Building
- Drive internal communications that promote transparency, inclusion, and engagement across the company.
- Partner with HR and executive leadership to support leadership messaging, change management, and employee engagement.
- Act as custodian of the employer brand, ensuring alignment between external reputation and internal culture.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Integration
- Act as a central integrator across sales, product, HR, investor relations, and CEO office to ensure communication strategies support enterprise-wide priorities.
- Lead a high-performing communications team, fostering collaboration, agility, and excellence.
- Establish clear KPIs for brand health, communications impact, stakeholder engagement, and media reach.
- Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization
The successful candidate:
- Minimum 10 years of senior experience in corporate communications, branding, corporate affairs, or public relations, preferably within data centres, technology, real estate, or adjacent industries.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia, India, China, Japan, and Korea markets.
- Proven track record in managing complex stakeholder environments including regulators, government, and industry associations.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in one other relevant regional language is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at the highest levels, with strong leadership presence and external representation capability.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, adaptable and culturally sensitive.
- Passion for innovation and sustainability in the digital infrastructure industry.
