Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical-related customer enquiries via calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the Technical team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Assist in the review and processing of contracts, ensuring all terms and deliverables are clearly documented and aligned with company policies.
- Maintain and update contract records, pricing agreements, and customer databases accurately.
- Monitor contract milestones and deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders on renewals, extensions, or service obligations.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure feasibility and accurate specifications in quotations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling support staff shifts, coordinating meetings, and managing team calendars.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients by acting as a reliable point of contact for contract- or quotation-related queries.
- Generate regular reports on quotation activity, contract status, and support issues.
- Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to support order fulfilment, installation, or deployment of solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Sales Support Executive, quotations, and/or contract administration.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in handling pricing, terms, and specifications.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
