Responsibilities
  • Support the design, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across channels (social media, digital ads, in-app content, partnerships).
  • Assist in creating clear and engaging marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social media posts.
  • Work closely with designers to produce marketing collaterals that are on-brand and compelling.
  • Help monitor customer engagement metrics such as conversion rates, adoption, and active usage.
  • Participate in A/B testing and data-driven campaign improvements.
  • Support partnership marketing initiatives, including liaising with external partners and managing campaign deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure communications are aligned with brand identity and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internships in marketing, digital, or creative fields are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaigns, or content creation. Analytical mindset — comfortable with numbers, basic reporting, and eager to learn A/B testing and campaign tracking.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (design tools are a bonus).
