**Job Description**
The Repair / Process Engineer coordinates with other departments to establish the materials, equipment, tools, fixtures, specifications, and processes for the repair and production of industrial / aircraft components.

**Position Summary**
The Repair / Process Engineer ensures that all repair instructions are prepared in compliance with customer/OEM specifications and documented according to company and regulatory requirements. He promotes continuous improvement through cost reduction and process improvement projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with contractors, equipment vendors, and supply vendors for process support and improvements.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of processes and equipment.
- Address daily quality/production issues and participate in QA, MRB, and customer complaint investigations.
- Review and update technical publications, work instructions, and routers.
- Develop expertise in assigned processes to meet industry standards.
- Lead process reviews for certifications and compliance.
- Engage in continuous improvement, safety, and engagement programs.
- Maintain Part Master in Oracle and classification matrix for export control.
- Handle special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in metallurgy, mechanical, or chemical engineering or higher.

**Experience**
- Development and implementation of welding, brazing, thermal spray coatings, and chemical processes.
- Experience in aerospace MRO or manufacturing process engineering.
- Tooling/fixture design and use of precision measurement instruments and GDT.

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Proficient in PC and Office applications, 3D CAD software.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace materials, processes, and company procedures.
- Ability to interpret engine manuals, inspection criteria, blueprints, and translate to Routers and Job Instructions.
- Resilience and adaptability to shifting priorities.
