As a Finance & Corporate Service Executive, you will play a vital role in our mission by ensuring the financial health of the company and the seamless operation of corporate functions. Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and insights to support decision-making. Accounts Payable: Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate records. Payroll and HR Administration: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll, including tax calculations, deductions, and HR-related administrative tasks like data entry and record-keeping. Corporate Services: Manage corporate services, including procurement of insurance policies and other corporate needs. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Project Support: Provide financial support to various projects, including budgeting and tracking. Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to address specific business needs. What We're Looking For: Strong financial acumen: A deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and analytical techniques. Data-driven mindset: A passion for data analysis and the ability to extract meaningful insights. Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues. Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to financial data and processes. Effective communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial information. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent.
