About the job
  • PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoicing and other documents required
  • Weekly re-schedule report to customers
  • Trace the shipment to ensure on time delivery
  • Manage invoicing and receivables including exceptions i.e. L/C preparation
  • Handling order related issues and claims
  • Receiving, validating and processing sales order
  • Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
  • Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
Skills & experience required
  • Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business
  • Min 8 years of customer service (order management / processing / fulfillment) in industrial automation or high-tech manufacturing
  • Experience managing a team size of 3-5
  • Vendor management experience
  • Warehouse management experience
  • Strong understanding of automation products and B2B supply chain dynamics
  • Monitor shipping schedules, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
  • Able to commence immediate or within short notice period
  • Super SAP / Proficient SAP user
