Responsibilities As a Marketing Specialist (Event), you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing company and partner events that build brand visibility, engage our tech community, and generate business opportunities. Your key deliverables include: Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and deliver tech-focused and community events (conferences, meetups, webinars, showcases) aligned with brand and business objectives. Manage logistics, vendor coordination, on-site execution and post-event wrap-up. Ensure each event delivers a professional, engaging experience that reflects the company’s innovation and culture. Branding & Communication: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create event branding, promotional materials, and communications that strengthen the company’s tech identity. Manage event-related PR and digital marketing activities to boost awareness before, during, and after events. Develop post-event stories, social highlights, and reports to extend visibility and engagement. Collaboration & Performance Measurement: Work cross-functionally with sales, HR, and engineering teams to define event goals and target audiences. Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and community organizations. Track event performance through attendance, engagement, and lead generation metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related fields Proficiency in English communications (6.0 IELTS or equivalent skills) 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or communications, preferably within the technology, software, or startup environment Strong sense of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Experienced to work cross-functionally with technical teams, designers, and business development professionals to achieve event goals Team player with a “can-do” attitude, who exhibits a strong sense of flexibility, and project ownership Business mindset, result-oriented Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or multimedia production are a huge plus Our Key Benefits and Cares: 13th-month pay (yearly bonus).
