Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser – Institutional & Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Only) About Us PFYN CAPITAL is a boutique financial services firm based in Singapore and Geneva, Switzerland, specializing in bespoke investment solutions tailored for Institutional and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. With a strategic focus on energy-related products and cross-border market access, we deliver high-impact advisory services to sophisticated investors across Asia with a specific focus on Nuclear Energy and its Fuel Supply Chain. The Opportunity We are looking for seasoned, MAS-registered Independent Financial Advisers to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced private bankers or wealth advisers with a strong network of UHNW individuals, especially those with exposure to Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with UHNW clients across the Asia region Provide bespoke financial advice and solutions aligned with clients’ objectives Promote and advise on alternative investment strategies, particularly in the energy sector Ensure compliance with all MAS regulations and internal policies Maintain a high standard of ethics, confidentiality, and client care Requirements > Mandatory: Registered as a Financial Adviser Representative with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Proven track record in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory Strong regional network and understanding of UHNW client expectations Professional certifications such as CMFAS Modules (M5, M9, M9A, HI) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Commission-Only Remuneration: High earning potential with full autonomy Specialised Training: In-depth product training focused on energy-related investments Access to high-quality investment products and research Entrepreneurial and supportive team environment based in the heart of Singapore’s financial district How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a brief cover letter to with the subject line: “IFA Application – (Your Name)”.
