Senior User Experience Researcher (Bangkok – Based, Relocation provided) Senior User Experience Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of research projects. Their findings inform Product teams to shape design, user experience, product direction, and market strategy. This role supports Agoda’s mission to deliver a world-class customer experience in a dynamic, startup-like environment. Overview We are seeking a senior UX researcher to drive end-to-end research activities and provide actionable insights that influence product decisions across teams. This position is open to worldwide candidates, with relocation assistance to Bangkok. Responsibilities Lead core end-to-end research activities including defining objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication of findings. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable design and business opportunities. Demonstrate critical thinking beyond explicit business requests and function independently in all operational research tasks. Qualifications Master degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing domains Proficiency with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, usability testing, etc.) Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, cross-tabs, statistical concepts) Experience evaluating and working with external research vendors Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to diverse stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative data Strong storytelling and communication skills in English, with ability to tailor messages to different audiences Collaborative, data-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment Collaboration Drive cross-discipline collaboration through research insights and activities Work with researchers and other disciplines with clear ownership and commitments Communicate effectively with various audiences, welcoming feedback Equal Opportunity At Agoda, we pride ourselves on a diverse and inclusive environment.
