Graduate Training Programme:  Synechron is excited to announce the commencement of its Graduate Training Programme aimed at nurturing and developing the next generation of AI and Full-Stack Engineers. This intensive programme is designed for outstanding fresh graduates with a strong foundation in computer science and a passion for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in a comprehensive training programme that covers the latest technologies in Artificial Intelligence and Full-Stack Development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and contribute to the creation of digital solutions. Develop, test, and maintain software applications in accordance with the best practices in the industry. Participate in code reviews, learning sessions, and workshops to continually enhance technical skills. Work on real-world projects that contribute to the success of Synechron's clients. Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in the field of AI and software development.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer sciences. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. Passionate about pursuing a career in AI or Full-Stack Development. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and web development technologies is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
