Job description

Provide IT & Operational Support for In-House Supply-Chain Management Systems, for Demand Forecast Planning, for Panasonic APAC region Sales Companies. Support Customers to Track & Resolve reported Issues & Queries, for timely resolution, with minimum impact to Business. Address user’s Operational Concerns and provide Training / Guidance as needed. Work closely with users to understand Business needs and propose improvements to System & Operations to increase efficiency and accuracy. Work with Regional IT / Key users to support System/Operations in APAC region. Work closely with Internal Product Development Team in the below key areas: Troubleshoot System issues and provide resolution within agreed SLA timelines. Support the team in Rollout of New Solutions, System Change Requests & Improvements. Identify new technology & improvements to improve Solution and Support to Business. Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate well with other related teams (such as SAP) as part of overall Support & Solution Management. Strong data analysis skills to support user queries & clarifications. Experience in SCM Domain & Similar Support roles advantageous (but not mandatory). Education: Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology. Technical Skills: Min 1+ years’ experience in below areas: Oracle Database (Complex SQL Queries, PL/SQL) (Mandatory) .net (WinForms, Web, MVC) Reporting tools (RDC, Crystal Reports) (Optional) Other Tools: Power BI (Optional)

Work Experience: -Min 1+ years working in Biz System/User support environment.-Min 1+ years working on Database/Analysis activities in Support environment.-Experience supporting regional users is advantageous.-Note: Fresh Graduates from IT stream with good know-how of Oracle/SQL and .net are welcome, even with no experience.
