Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) is looking for a Marketing Manager – Energy and Water Solutions
The Marketing Manager for Energy and Water Solutionswill enthusiastically implement market knowledge, monitor changes in market conditions as well as customer requirements. They will design, develop, implement, champion, whilst driving marketing initiatives required for the energy and water solutions.
The Marketing Manager will influence and develop the execution of the segments marketing plan. Supporting the decision process with forward-leaning recommendations that positively impact our product & company branding. Seamlessly, harmonizing the execution of marketing standards. This is a global role wherein you’llbe responsible for the complete ownership of the marketing initiatives for the energy and water solutions, including digital content, campaigns, flyers, posters, videos and much more.
Who you will work with:
This role will report to either Business Director – Water Solutions or Business Director – Energy Solutions depending on location and will be a part of a dynamic global team. Working as part of the wider Marketing team alongside the central marketing team to align marketing strategies, digital channels, and branding.
What you will work on:
Creating and managing data-driven marketing communicationscontent and media strategies
Professionally managing the marketing initiatives throughout the product life cycle
Driving the energy and water solutions marketing strategy, product positioning , messaging and content associated with how we bring our diverse product portfolio to the market across our customer segments with a particular focus on digital marketing
Collaborating extensively with sales, customers, our partners and wider team for developing clear, compelling marketing strategy , themes and competitive positioning for new offers and sales penetration of existing solution
Monitoring the competitive landscape and establishing tactical or strategic marketing approach to protect and build our market share and brand awareness
Business reviews with the sales functions to optimize the solution potential, along with the Product Manager
Identifying changes in Rules & Regulations to field new opportunities and adapt the marketing strategy accordingly
What you need to succeed in the role:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing with track record of developing and executing marketing strategy for a global sized company
Interest and curiosity about energy and water solutions and technology
Strong understanding and experience in digital media landscape (incl. SEO) and data-driven, B2B digital campaigns, from content development to insights and performance optimization
Fluent English
