What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices and cloud-based systems.
  • Provide thought leadership on cloud computing strategies and best practices.
  • Define backend architecture and guide cross-functional teams through the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Managers to shape product vision.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and lead DevOps processes.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.
  • Mentor and support the backend engineering team to grow their skills and careers.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong background in cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, etc.).
  • Expertise in Java Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployments.
  • A deep understanding of design patterns and backend architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
