We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's digital assets and information systems. This is a key leadership role within our organization and requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards for the organization

- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies

- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption protocols

- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of our systems and data

- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the organization's cybersecurity posture and any potential risks or incidents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices

- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption protocols

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to cybersecurity

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- IDEAL Candidates will possess: 

1) PCI-DSS expertise( Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standards)

2) Keen interest in personal growth and mentorship of others
