About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities include the following:-

Reads credit approvals and note all required clauses for drafting of LO Performs system enquiries to verify the information in credit approvals Drafts LO as a maker together with required attachments (e.g. Board Resolutions, Fire Insurance forms, etc) for checking by checkers Liaises with Relationship Managers on matters relating to drafting of LO / letters Progress to become checker to check draft LO prepared by makers Assists in preparing or checking reports Assists in other administrative duties assigned by the Team Leader and/or Division Head.

Job Requirements

A recognized tertiary education with at least 8 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises Meticulous with good organizational / planning skills Good writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
