As a Warehouse Manager under our Singapore Replenishment Centre, you will assist to manage all warehouse functions, support Project & Automation Team and other projects assigned.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Provide leadership guidance and in-charge of overseeing direct reports and indirect reports Outstanding custodianship of finished products at RC Timely execution of order fulfilment of finished goods shipments, to realise a high level of customer Service Meet KPI’s of service level and SAR in SRC Meet or beat budgeted expenditure figures for SRC Promote 0 LTIR / SIF and set good example to associates of safe behaviour Support transformation projects to bring SRC to a bigger platform and support business

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management Min 10 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role in warehouse environment
