Position Title: Quality and Progression Manager
Location: Singapore
Reporting To: Partner Liaison & Operations Director
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel required per annum
The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of global education as our Quality and Progression Manager. You'll lead provide support to the Partner Liaison and Operations Director in managing business partnerships across the Rest of the World (RoW) region, shaping the future of international education.
Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance for existing partnerships, collaborating with the Academic Manager and Operations Manager to ensure effective operation. Implement and support the Study Group Quality System, providing guidance and coaching on standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of the quality team, ensuring alignment and enhancement of program delivery and student experience. Conduct training for partners on the Quality System and support periodic audits by internal departments and external authorities. Provide coaching and training for progression and welfare staff, advising on student university applications and ensuring compliance with key deadlines. Manage articulation arrangements with university partners, safeguarding students and ensuring compliance with partnership policies and statutory obligations. Build and maintain effective working relationships with partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues respectfully. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote Study Group’s profile and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and processes. Your Experience and Skills: Relevant undergraduate degree in education, business administration or similar. Demonstrated management experience in international, pathway, or education sectors, universities, or related commercial sectors Experience with partnership relationships at senior leadership and middle management levels Skilled in operational frameworks and compliance needs in partner countries (e.g., China, SE Asia) and the UK Operational excellence and planning skills Commercial acumen with data analysis abilities to draw findings and trends Skilled in conflict management and resolution Understanding of education quality assurance and compliance frameworks Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Awareness of the operational and cultural contexts of large tertiary organizations in partner countries such as China and SE Asia Capable of understanding educational products and stakeholder needs in various sectors Broad knowledge of the international higher education context and relevant business, government, and industry environments (e.g., China, UK, SE Asia, ANZ, USA) Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in other languages desirable.
