About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and analyse process improvement opportunities across payment products handled by Remittance Department Products: Outward and Inward remittances, foreign cheque collection, escrow and conveyancing services Develop SOP and guidance notes for the process improvement Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, consistency and quality Measure and track progress / status of process improvement initiatives Provide status updates and reporting to Management

Job Requirements

Strong leadership skills and able to work independently and together as a Team Good time-management skills Meticulous with good organizational skills Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Prior experience with Cash Management Operation will be an added advantage Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
