WHAT YOU’LL DO

Developing a thorough understanding of Circles X, platform and products in order to effectively communicate the USP and identify the customer pain points  Making sure that the product proposition of Circles X is always fresh and its voice is consistent across all outbound collateral and marketing channels, and to maintain a consistent set of collateral that can be deployed across the organization.  Create and lead written and visual product content arm. This will include blog posts, infographics, white papers, case studies and content for collateral and ads that will support the customer journey, focused mostly on C level executive stakeholders.  Drive thought leadership, which will include working with our top executives to create moments of engagement with identified prospects and current customers. Programs could include Masterclasses and webinars, CEO roundtables  Continuing engagement with prospects and customers via social media and digital platforms  Capture and understand the market needs for core use cases to identify common problems and challenges and inform updates to our marketing website.  Conduct and track competitor research on product features and benefits. (Make us stand apart from other options)   Designing the product sales funnel strategies and supporting them through the funnel – from brand awareness to ABM activities, our team will work to create synergetic revenue marketing opportunities.  Working with senior marketing leadership to build the vision of making Circles a thought leader in the telco SaaS space by leveraging content, marketing channels, and internal and external followership for our mission

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing, product marketing, or product role. Ideally, you’ll have spent some time working in more than one of these three. A strong understanding of marketing B2B and B2B2C SaaS products Experience helping drive global business, product, and product marketing strategy Understand marketing to upmarket and enterprise audiences Confidence in presenting to senior management and is good at influencing cross functional teams  Experience with a growth company or growth business unit A strong interest in learning about the telco industry and digital transformation  Experience using data/analytics to measure the impact of your work in the context of the business priorities Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail
