KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning & Scheduling First point of contact for maisons and warehouse for order processing. Responsible for logistics scheduling & planning of outbound deliveries, perform daily order process and prioritize orders in SAP Perform and monitor the outbound delivery process with Warehouse and Shipping team. Closely monitor the volume of outbound deliveries and assign warehouse order. Domestic Deliveries Arrange transportation service for office/Customer Service/Boutiques Organize deliveries of stock, POSM with 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider Updating and coding of freight and transportation invoices Ensure compliance with Group’s transportation guidelines Monthly review and submission of KPIs reporting  Security and Insurance Arrangement of transport and insurance according to Transit Limits set by Group File and follow-up on shipment claims Co-ordinate with service providers to organize the secured transportation for Brands events and photoshoots

REQUIREMENTS

Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Strong skills in MS Office, Windows and good knowledge in Tradenet and SAP is an advantage At least two years’ work experience in a shipping department for a similar organisation or with freight forwarding Organised and detail orientated. Able to commence immediately or within short notice
