Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance physical functioning.
  • Use a variety of techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
  • Educate and guide patients on proper body mechanics, exercises, and lifestyle changes to prevent injuries and promote overall wellness.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and research in the field of physiotherapy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Valid license or registration to practice as a physiotherapist.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Continuing education and professional development.
