The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching of swimming lessons
  • Keeping attendance records and progress updated on our online Coach portal
  • Abide by Swim it Right’s teaching methods and lesson plans
  • Attend training or meeting sessions when required from time to time
  • Ensuring the safety of students during lessons


Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:

  • Flexible
  • less than 10 hours / week
  • Morning shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekends only

The Profile

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in at least 2 of the 4 basic strokes (Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, and Butterfly) is required.
  • Love the sun and outdoors (and being in the pool)
  • Enjoy interacting with people (kids or adults)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, reliable, independent and proactive
  • Able to commit for at least 1 year
