The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design engineers to review new product designs and provide feedback on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, including selecting appropriate equipment, designing workflows, and establishing quality control measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality in manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development and production process.
  • Support the scale-up of production operations for new products, including equipment selection, training, and process validation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process, implementing solutions to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on new manufacturing processes and equipment. 

The Profile

  • You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
