We’re looking foran experienced Patent Administrator with high attention to detail to join our team in Singapore on a Full-time basis.This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficientrunning of Patent practice. Offering Hybrid workarrangements

Skills & Responsibilities

To form a vital part of the Patent Operations group and to bewilling to assist at all times.

Responsibility to ensure critical deadlines are met,particularly in relation to patent filings.

Maintain a high level of customer service to clients andinternal staff.

Participate in the team by providing hands- on backup andsupport to other AOT and office functions, as directed by theManaging Principal of DCC Asia.

Knowledge & Experience 

Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to meetcritical deadlines.

Working knowledge and sound understanding of MS Windows,Outlook, Word & Excel.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of data qualitycontrol processes.

Excellent communication skills, written and oral.

Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and a professionalwork ethic at all times.
