POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Group Medical Operations Manager for Aman’s corporate team, you will be a key member of the Spa and Wellness team, responsible for overseeing and managing all medical operations within the Aman resorts and hotels. This role requires a strong medical background and exceptional leadership and management skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage all medical operations within the Aman, including medical treatment, training and services provided. Collaborate with the Global Head of Spa Operations to develop and implement policies and procedures related to medical operations. Ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the medical treatments, providing guidance and support to all Spa and Wellness staff, including 5- and 10-years projection plans. Analyze and develop financial models, workflow processes, and quality data for multi-projects to support decision-making. Maintain accurate records and reports related to medical operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular audits of medical operations and make recommendations for improvements. Develop and manage relationships with external medical providers and suppliers. Provide training and development opportunities for staff within the Aman Hotel brand. Design and implement quality operations, guest experience management, retreat programs, and events that sharpen wellness marketing and foster sustainable growth. Support the conceptualization and execution of medical treatment projects. Envision overall operational planning and strategies for business transformation when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a medical field (e.g. Nursing, Medicine, Health Administration). At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Exceptional leadership and management skills with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements. Flexibility to travel as needed.
